Let all of us, brothers,
consider the Good Shepherd
Who bore the suffering
of the cross to save His sheep.

The Lord's sheep followed Him
in tribulation and persecution,
in shame and hunger,
in weakness and temptation,
and in other ways;
and for these things
they received eternal life
from the Lord.

Little Crown in Honor of Our Seraphic Father Saint Francis

Let us pray

O Seraphic Father Saint Francis, by the grace which Jesus Christ our Lord himself granted you, to hear favorable all requests made in honor of your sacred stigmata, obtain for me, I beseech you, a holy life and a happy death;
with the special favor here mention your request which I now implore through the infinite mercy of the same Jesus Christ our Lord, and Him Immaculate Mother Mary. Amen.
